Wow, it really IS high quality, and the editing has the same "feel" to it as LG15 stuff.
The accent sounds Australian/NZ to me, but I have to admit I don't have much experience hearing either one. NZ would really fit in well with the story, though.
The squirrel/nut/man thing sounds a bit off, though. "Nut Allergy"? 
The way she talks about her parents still living in "the community" and her "breaking away" does sound like she was a part of the "cult" experience that Bree and her parents were in.
Is it just me, or does she look quite a bit older than Bree is supposed to be?

Yeah. I'm not quite sure, but it seems like this girl is a good 4 to 8 years older than Bree. Maybe she lived in Nottingham while Bree was in London. She's not quite so specific about it. She does say that Bree is very grown up now, so that could be a clue to the fact that she knew her several years ago.

I could be totally wrong, but I'd be willing to bet that Jemma is part of the series now. With Daniel gone, they had to have someone for Bree to react to (in the vids).
The accent is definitely Aussie or NZ. |

Yeah. That is weird. *goes to check* Doesn't Daniel do that a few times in the videos, as well as Bree? Maybe, 3 or 4 times total, out of all of the videos? I mean, this girl does say that she is really new to the site/ vlogging...Maybe it's meant to fit in. After all, Daniel did "help" Bree with her videos.

What is the big deal if this girl is older than Bree....I don't get it. Why would they have to be the same age? It sounds like they weren't really friends..maybe that's becuase this girl is older. Sounds like Bree just liked the dog.

No one, apparently. Maybe Bree is supposed to have learned how to edit, with Daniel's help, and is editing her own. That's what seems to be going on. Otherwise, there is something very strange going on.
