I think the person mentioned road block because they themselves have encountered a problem. Maybe TAAG's investigating has gotten the person nervous that's why he or she is coming to them.
Also I think that quote about the order being everywhere is a clue. As in someone close to them is in the order, such as Spencer, after all his father was an honorary member of the hymn of one. |

Could "Road Block" be a codename for someone?

I don't think they're going to be scared. I think either, one or all of the crew will know this person. I think it'll either be Bree, her father or Jonas' father who ends up being the person sending messages. Or better yet Isaac Gilman himself. Now that would be kind of cool. |
