Bringing this over from Reddit
They took the grey parts of the email, patched in the missing chunk with one of the floating bits and then removed the black space between the grey bars. There seems to be an eye. If anyone can see more or clean up the image please take a crack at it.

I was thinking the exact same thing. The pitch is a little different but his pronunciations are identical. |

To me it didn't sound like Daniel. I compared a YT video of Yousef with the audio and it was similar, but not the same.
Someone else said they heard Jonas.

Thought: Could "M" be Emma? Like a nickname, but she spells it using the letter "M"?
The voicemail is addressed to Emma, yes? (I haven't listened since yesterday) That would explain her possession of the recording, though not her possession of anything else unless she and Daniel have been keeping tabs on the Order all along.

Oh, I hadn't thought about it being Emma. That's definitely an interesting possibility.
The voicemail is to Emma, yes. I'm definitely getting the sense that both sides (Resistance and Order) have been active again for a while now, but secretly, and that for whatever reason, M has decided it's time to take the fight public again. Just my reading of it.
(Yay, I remembered how to quote with names!)
