I wonder if it is possible to have a vote on you being demodded, because I sure as hell haven't seen you doing a damn thing in quite a while, other than bitching and moaning about how much LG15 sucks now, about how fugly Gemma is, and being a real big douche to other members. I know this place is supposed to be fun, and you mods don't necessarily have to be professional, or nice, for that matter, but I always thought you were supposed to set a good example for the other members. |

It's very interesting how some people think it's perfectly ok to make fun of one person..but OH MY GOD!!!!! THE HORROR when someone defends themself or someone else defends them. You very well MAY not like me...there is a simple solution do not watch. There are plenty that do. All you people that make fun of me...let's see you without a shirt on. I am a 38 year old man that does not work out...yet in 2-4 weeks I could look like I belong on a Bowflex commercial. Care to say otherwise..put your money where your mouth is. I'll put up $10,000(secured against stocks I hold) and You do the same. If you are not willing to do this.. It just proves you KNOW that I am right and most of you look a hell of a lot worse than I do.
The moral of the story is "People should not throw stones in glass houses."Especially if you can't take it and especially those that have turned themself into a circus freak show.
Additionally, that image of me would be considered one that was posted privately by ME(considering it was posted before any videos I made and in the Get to know you Section)...which would tend to give me rights to it and standing against it's unauthorized modification. It would not fall under the venue of my being a public figure because of the nature it was posted in.As to whether I am a public figure..that remains to be seen. It is an interesting question in general with regards to YouTube and the internet that is going to be created for the courts to handle in the near future, as to what constitutes a public figure. It's the sort of case a lot of attorneys would do Pro Bono for the noteriety IMHO.
Ultimately, if what I want is not done with the image, I will have it removed as I very likely have that right. The mods would very likely do it and delete this and any thread it were in before I ever had to have my attorney send a letter requesting such. You can be assurred that I have already consulted an attorney about such matters. That may seem exteme but when you have friends that are Attorneys that you fequently discuss issues of rights and politics and law with, it is a rather simple matter to pick up the phone and get an opinion as it is a interesting question in the broader scope.
In closing, let me say, I think it is funny...but I think my idea is funnier and I will allow the image to be used IF it is changed in the manner I request. It is far from unreasonable and perfectly within my rights. Rebelious types may say...FINE..and post it all over the internet. I do not want that done. However, if that did happen, I think it would invariably help increase my views on the TUBE.
Just because so many of you feel unhappy about who you are, what YOU look like, what you are experiencing and are too scared to participate in the way the CREATORS wish does not mean you should try and discourage others. Most of you should be ashamed of yourselves. This website is about sharing in a positive manner. Not about trying to knock someone else to boost your own little tiny ego. If you don't like someone's content...don't watch. Let me say..there is nothing wrong with voicing dislike of a video, but when you step into the realm of personal attacks in an ongoing and harassing way, you have gone too far.
I don't say this for myself, because I can take it..and I bite back.. HARDER than bitten actually(which SHOCKS and OUTRAGES some of you).
I am saying this because, others that may be thinking of contributing may see what people are subjecting myself and others to that have already posted videos and decide it's not worth it. So, what am I saying? I am saying that this kind of abusive behavior is not condusive to the GROWTH of this website and project. So remember what ya momma said,"If you don't have something nice to say..Shut the F**k UP!

Haha I don’t listen to anyone. My theory is, everyone has an opinion. I expressed mine, and was prepared to handle everyone elses. Apparently, they have yet to grasp the concept of being mature and being able to handle anothers opinion as a reasonable adult : )

Umm..I don't understand what's going on. This thread was supposed to be a fun way to celebrate Op's conflicting relationship with LordGreyStoke. Why is everyone fighting? As for the conditions for the avatar, I don't know how to make those adjustments. I stole the picture from Panda's avatar. The mods should just delete this thread, it has turned into something it was not meant to be.

wow, Grey a bit teste there... i would like to know how this pic got on the internet. seems to me like it would be public domain, since you didnt put a little R next to the image. you have to think about copyright. you most likely didnt have the foresight to get said image copyrighted. as such, when you posted it to be veiwable by the public, you open yourself up to slanderous comments. you should not be offended. the internet is all about slandering people anonomously. if you thought you were gonna be ripped on you shouldnt have even put up the pic. its just common sense to know that a picture of ANYONE without their shirt on, posted in a public place, is gonna get ripped on. i dont care who you are, sexy or in your case, otherwise, if you post a pic on the net you are gonna get flamed. too bad you cant handle it and went off and cried to these lawyer friends, who i dont think exist, or they would have told you the same thing. it is not illegal to make fun of someone on the internet, unless the material has been copyrighted, there is no crime taking place here.
