You presume a lot. I have an experience you will certainly never have in your whole life nor understand. Just by the way you're answering me, I strongly doubt you have anything to do with masonry. I wish you a good life. I shall never talk to you again.

Your experience, however, has not brought you in contact with the Masons, as your immense ignorance on the subject has so wonderfully demonstrated. Why else would you say that the Scottish Rite's ritual is more practiced than that of the Craft Lodge? Anyone who even seriously considered joining the lodge would know that to be false. Heck, I had that kind of knowledge at 12 when I was considering joining DeMolay!

But sure, go on talking about some non-specific knowledge and experience that you really don't possess. Oooh... look at me! I'm being mysterious and ambiguous! You don't know crap about the Masons and you know it. Stop pretending you do.

So a Mason wouldn't defend his order against atrocious falsehoods? We've had to deal with this kind of crap since before the William Morgan affair. The Illuminati allegations are just more lies in the same vein as the Taxil hoax. We're tired of this crap. It has hurt our order in innumerable ways.

I believe this thread was started for documentation on findings pertaining to the storyline Exclamation NOT arguing amongst other posters Evil or Very Mad . If you disagree with something start your own thread stating your case. It would make it alot easier for the rest of use who are interested about the theory of the illuminati. Whether the allegations about the illuminati are true or false it makes no difference seeing how we are only following clues from the series. Obviously the illuminati has had a history of misconceptions due to the secrecy of the organizations. The illuminati has been brought back into the spotlight with Dan Brown's books which could, let me say again- COULD be where this plot is taking us.

William,

If you read through my other posts throughout the forum, you'll see that the discussions are actually about a fictional "Illuminati", a shadowy organizaton that has been portrayed a number of different ways by dozens of authors and filmakers over the years. It really has nothing to do with the Masons per se.

Masons happen to pop up in the discussion because of their "alleged" ties to the Illuminati throughout history, warranted or not. In fact, this discussion started simply because of an eagle symbol with a 33 on top while we were discussing the BSA - NOT the Masons.

This entire thread was started (at the request of other members) as a composite look at the "historical Illuminati" and it's comparison to the "fictional Illuminati" and where the lines blur and how they cross over into the Lonelygirl world.

I'm sure NO ONE really believes that either the "Real" Masons or the "Real" Illuminati have anything to do with the LG production.

Feel free to join our conversation and take the opportunity to "educate" - but leave the flaming at home.

Regards

oh god.. not another one.

no matter what religion we find.. even ones that are documented as no long in existence... someone comes on here to whine.

how, william, has this forum "hurt your order in innumerable ways?"
if "your order" is so sensitive to publicity, maybe "your order" should not allow people like you to come online and bitch out those who choose to research it. after all, you're only drawing more negative attention to your "order."

please let your "order" know that it shouldn't be so deeply offended, and that we mean no harm by our research. also, please inform your "order" that it should address Google.com if it has any more complaints.

farewell.

Masonry is not a religion. It is not dead and still exists today. Check out the website of my Grand Lodge or check out your phonebook if you don't believe me.

It hasn't. Lies, such as allegations of ties to the Illuminati, have.

This person has not researched the Lodge, unless by research, you mean checking out conspiracy theory websites filled with dubious and unsourced "evidence." I was calling this person out on what are blatant errors of fact. I do not believe that doing that brings negative attention to the order.

@trainer101:
I know that this forum is about discussion of plot in a fictional universe. Nonetheless, people are talking about things that do exist independent of the LG15 storyline. People have libeled the Masons in this forum, a brotherhood that really does exist. I am merely correcting the record.

As I stated earlier, the purpose here is to discuss "The Illuminati", both historical and fictional (which is why I opened with two separate dissertations - "History" and "Pop Culture".)

Perhaps it's neccessary to split this thread into "historical" and "fictional" discussions but I like to think everyone involved in the conversation is intelligent enough to be able to separate the two.

Join us, feel free to share what you understand to be true. But realize that there are really TWO distinct conversations here. The one most people are focused on has to do with fictional characters in a fictional story line.

And now, Back to our story...

I originally posted this in the "Silent Treatment" thread. I copied it here because it may (or may not) relate to the mind control discussion.

What if Bree isn't making it up? What if she really does hear voices coming from the stuffed animals? Or thinks she does?

There was a message on YouTube during the OpAphid conversatons relating to this song line "The silicon chip inside her head gets switched to overload".

More and more I'm leaning to the fact the Bree is messed up in the head. She has been so conditioned that reality doesn't seem to be a concern for her. The song line is an excellent addition to the research and theory. Thanks!

Seems like the only logical explanation - they still have some "Remote Control" over her.

Yes I know it's annoying as hell. But don't worry JustAnotherLonelyGirl, he's just pretending for the heck of raising hell in Trainer's thread. I'm sorry I was caught off guard by it and participated in heating up the discussion. Just let him be, he'll calm down by himself if we don't pay attention. Dont' feed the troll!

How dare you call me a troll. You're the one who libeled Masonry. You're the one who pretended you had some sort of experience that your statements proved you never actually had.

Just a hint: A troll is not someone you dislike or disagree with.

William, like I already said, I'm not willing to discuss masonery matters with you, because you are a troll, you are not a mason, and you don't know anything about masonery. Your posts prove it simple and clear. There are masons on this board, they are actually easy to spot, and you don't fool anyone. Now, this thread has nothing to do with all that. Would you please stop threadjacking and/or start your own thread. Thanks.
