The lonelygirl15.com web site has a chat room which is entered via a link on the left of the LGpedia web page, or on the top of the LGForums.
The chat room operates using java based web page from Userplane, a company that was recently purchased by America Online (a Time Warner Inc. subsiduary}. At this time the producers of Lonelygirl15 don't benefit financially form this arrangement. Sources such as myspace, friendster, date.com, Honda, and Red Bull use userplane chat services.
