Chartreuse may refer to:
- Chartreuse (color), a color between green-yellow and yellow
- Chartreuse (liqueur), an aromatic brand of liqueur produced by the Carthusian monks in the Chartreuse monastery at Grenoble, France, and at one time at Tarragona, Spain. Usually yellow or green in coloring. Often flavoured with orange peel, pepermint, or hyssop.
- The Chartreuse Mountains north of Grenoble, France
- The Grande Chartreuse, a Carthusian monastery in the Chartreuse mountains
