The chain-link fence

The chain linked fence is outside the home of the friends Daniel is staying with when he records I'm Hiding Out. Daniel does not identify the friends he is staying with so it is hard to pin point an exact location.
The fence appears to have triple barbed wire along the top indicating it may be a secure zone. In addition we hear a lot of traffic noise suggesting it is beside a road of freeway.
Details in the background are hard to identify because the video should and extreme tight shot on Daniel's face.
