Ever so Sorry

OK, I clearly don't know how to make a list of pages spammed. Thought I did, turns out, not so much. I truly hope this doesn't hinder the blocking of these guys. Someone needs to teach me how to do this, I guess. I don't even know how to make this better, so sorry to whoever is going to look at those pages because you are going to hate me probably. Ahhh! ~Nancypants

This is your base template:
{{spambot|1=[]}}
For each vandalized page, you need a new pair of brackets, for three pages, for example, you need 3*2:
{{spambot|1=[], [], []}}
Now, on every vandalized page, you can either link a specific revision, as you did, or link a specific diff, as I like to do; a link as we want to create it consists of the following parts: [target-url link-name]. So you put pairs of diff or revision url and related page name in each of the brackets - using xwestshitx as an example, that'd be...
...and now you just fill that in:
{{spambot|1=[http://www.lg15.com/lgpedia/index.php?title=What_Happened%3F&diff=prev&oldid=81060 What Happened?], [http://www.lg15.com/lgpedia/index.php?title=User_talk:Milowent&diff=prev&oldid=81099 User talk:Milowent], [http://www.lg15.com/lgpedia/index.php?title=User_talk:Milowent&diff=prev&oldid=81103 User talk:Milowent (again)]}}
And the result can be seen on the cocksucker's IP's page.

Slight addendum: I've just created Template:Contribs, so for high-volume spammers (like this a--hole here), you can now simply put {{spambot|{{contribs}}}}, and the templates will do everything else for you.
