Transcript

(Leaves crunch as Nikki B walks up in a forest. Nikki B finally stops and faces

the camera.)

Nikki: Hey guys. (exhales) It's me. It's Nikki B! That's right. You're not dreaming. I'm back. That's right. I have missed you guys! And I know you've missed me. Thank you for all your nice emails and MySpace comments. I've even missed me! I have just been on a whirl-wind journey. I have been across the map! But, hey, I am back. I am here to investigate and here we are today at Claire's hideout. (camera pans to old house that use to be Clair's hideout) Let's go inside. See if we can find anything. Any clues or anything. See? I'm here for you, babe. (Nikki walks towards camera) So, hopefully, the Watcher and Jonas missed some clues. And we can go inside and see if there's, oh God, anything that they missed and (exhales) hopefully, it can be some clues that can lead us to Emma. (Camera pans to different parts of the rundown house) What is this place? (Nikki is standing in an old room facing the camera) The tarp is gone, the film equipment's gone. There is a clue. Or lack of clues. They-Look what they picked up and left. (Walks around the room until she gets to the foot of a staircase) You know, I don't need to go upstairs. No one's here. Hello? Anyone? Yeah, see? No. I'm in the outfit, I came all the way here. It's a creepy place. Creepy! Let's go. Seriously. Mom, you have a bad leg. Let's go. (exits room. Sits outside facing camera) So, you guys must be wondering why I'm in this ridiculous looking get-up. Well, I saw what Claire was wearing in the last video and I thought if I ran into her or any of her people, I would want to fit in. But, clearly, no one is here. And I'm just sitting here looking like, you know, I belong in, I dunno, Saving Private Ryan and, uh, the house is deserted. Go figure. (Scene changes. Nikki is at a different place outside with a window and red bricks as her background.) So, I just took a break and I went online. And it turns out, that Jonas got a phone call from Emma. Which I am happy about. But, uh, Jonas? You couldn't have picked up the phone and, you know, give lil' Nikki B. a call? We would have exchanged numbers that day, when I saved your life! How soon you forget. Jonas, we're in a fight. (mouthes call me. Scene changes to Nikki doing actions similar to a martial art form.) Hya! Wah! Be afraid. Be very afraid. Ow, there's a bug. (slaps her leg) Gross. (Scene changes to Nikki placing a camera on a table) Who can we trust? Things seem a little flip flop. A little backwards. A little upside down, like what is going on? First of all, the resistance. We think the resistance is good, we go ahead and trust them and now they're bad. Claire, thinks she's a nice girl? Thinking we can trust her? No! Can't trust Claire. Uh, then, on the reverse. Hm. Let's think about it. Sonia! She was bad, but now she's good? And, um, the Watchers?! They're helping Jonas. So now they're helpful, they're good, we can trust them? It's-it's-it's just a bunch of, you know, hooey. It's a bunch of hooey. I need someone we can trust. Ladies and gentlemen. You can trust Nikki B. Anyways, guys, I will see you next time. until then, take care of yourselves. And each other. 'Til next time. (salutes camera, puts on hat, and stands at attention. Scene changes to Nikki singing) Sonia, I see your true colors shining through. I see your true colors and that's why I don't trust you! That's right. Guys, I'm appearing live every Friday night at the 'Round the Clock Cafe. Be there, be square.
