In the Thanksgiving video Bree and Daniel go hiking at a trail which is presumable somewhat close to the second motel The train may be in the Caballero Canyon, Santa Monica Mountains[1] [2].
The video starts out with Bree sittnig in Daniel car and some users have commented on the moving white object which can be seen thru the real window.
Bree and Daniel settle down and enjoy the picnic that Bree prepared.
