Buckshot a.k.a. Bucky, is the star of the Buckshot video series.
Background
Buckshot likes to drive SUVs through muddy roads, and get stuck in the mud. He likes to wear patriotic bandanas and sunglasses. He claims to be the Premier, President, and Governor of Yertown, where he presumably lives.
