Detour is the seventh video in the dehteraew video series, a component of the Maddison Atkins ARG.

Transcript

(Scenes of a road as it is being driven on. Cuts to Linc's face.)

Linc: This is not gonna end well. So, I took, I took an exit. Any random exit. And it just so happened to be one where as soon as I got off, I knew right where it was. Off the highway, and pretty close to a smaller town that I spent some time at. I think there might be something there. So I think I'm going to make this a longer stop than it originally intended. I don't know. Hit my hazard lights. Made me pull over. They have to either pull over as well or drive right by you and hope the next car will catch you. I'm just hoping to wait them out. Maybe they'll give up and try and catch me somewhere else. Or maybe they won't. God, this is so frustrating.

(Scenes of the road again. Cuts to Linc walking up to a door.)

Linc: Okay. Who leaves their security door open? Alright, we have to do this.

(Linc opens the door and walks in. He looks around. He finds grapes on the table.)

Linc: Oh my god. (He begins eating the grapes.) Well, I wish I could feel bad about eating their food but, I don't. Okay, so we're in the house of one of my old handlers. He has a place kind of in the middle of nowhere. But it's there for a reason. It doesn't look like he has anything of value. I'm about ready to go into his computer. But uh, I don't think I'm going to be able to get through in time. Usually he gets back in a couple of hours, if he stays to his old routine. (Linc gets on the computer.) Okay, that's not gettin' me anywhere. Okay, we're not getting anywhere with that. Off. So apparantly an old training ground I used to go to before I was in the field is closed down. I wanna go check it out. This is the only piece of any sort of evidence that these people are involved in the Order. And they leave it right here where I can easily find it? I don't think so.
