Fun Things to Do in Hiding - Volume Three! is the fourth prologue video of LG15: The Resistance.

Transcript

(Sarah lays on a kitchen counter in front of the camera, turning it on. She turns her attention to the camera as the words "Fun Things to do While in Hiding" and "VOLUME THREE!" appear on screen.)

Sarah: Daniel would say this video was like Return of the Jedi, but... I prefer to think of it as Return of the King. I'm partial to LOTR, which I have no need to explain. I mean, come on, ladies, who would you rather tussle with: little old Luke or Aragorn? I rest my case.

Now, let's get down to business. This brings us to our week's first activity.

(Cut to Sarah walking in the kitchen, wearing an apron, walking over to a clock on the wall. The words "BECOME A MASTER CHEF" appear on-screen.)

Maintaining a healthy diet is key to life on the run. (Sarah reaches up and taps the clock.) I mean, yes, everyone loves fast food, (Turns around, confused.) but trust me. (Cut to Sarah on the counter top.) That quarter-pounder ain't sitting so well in your stomach when you're sprinting for your life.

(Cut to Sarah putting a grocery bag on the counter.)

First up, mac and cheese. (Begins emptying the bag. Cut to Sarah on the counter top.) It's simple, quick, filling, and super cheap. (Cut to Sarah putting a box of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese on the counter. Cut to Sarah on the counter top.) Ramen noodles. High in sodium? Perhaps. Divine in taste? (Cut to Sarah placing a package of Ramen on the counter.) You bet! (Cut to Sarah on the countertop.) And again, it's quick, filling, and scrumptious. Perfect for life on the run.

(Cut to Sarah talking to the camera by the bag of groceries. Her voice over almost matches the motion of her lips.)

Now, for those of you who want to take it to the next level, (Cut to Sarah laying on the counter top.) you have your classic grilled cheese ensemble, and you don't (Cut to Sarah preparing a grilled cheese sandwich on the counter.) even need a kitchen to make it. You can use anything from a (Cut to Sarah showing a hair iron to the camera.) hot plate (Cut to Sarah preparing the sandwich.) to a hotel room iron (Cut to Sarah finishing grilling the sandwich. She takes a bite and shows it to the camera.) to make this classic culinary delight. (Cut to a close up of Sarah's mouth.) Yummy. (Smacks her lips.)

(Cut to Sarah laying on the counter top.)

And now that we've got a solid diet, we need to combine that with hearty exercise, which brings us to our second and final activity.

(Cut to Sarah sitting in a deck chair, sipping a drink, on a rooftop.)

It's important to get outdoors every now and then. Keep your body toned, fit, and, of course, tan. (Cut to Sarah laying in the chair in a bikini. Cut to Sarah talking to the camera.) Just because you live life on the run doesn't mean you gotta look like a nun.

(Cut to Sarah leaning down to the camera to turn it off.)

Notes

  • This is the first time since lonelygirl15 ended that there is mention of Daniel.
  • Sarah is wearing dark sunglasses at the end of the video, already at this point of the series, raises suspicion whether she is still working for the order.
