Heterosexual Bias

This article shows a very strong heterosexual bias. What about Taylor and Bree, Sarah and Bree, Jonas and Daniel, etc. There no's evidence that Bree and Taylor aren't lesbians, (or Jules for that matter). And I think it's more likely than not, that Sarah is bisexual. Personally I'd like to see some lesbian relationships, in this series. As a young lesbian, who hates all the bullshit butch, goth, and emo stereotypes; I'd like to see some young, pretty, and emotionally balanced role models in the media. -misty 12:21, 3 May 2007 (CDT)

This page, like all the wiki, should reflect what the series is not what we'd like it to be. While Daniel and Jonas could certainly be added, there's simply not been much homosexual tension between characters otherwise. I definitely agree with your point that there should be more non-stereotyped homosexual characters in the media. But as with all other issues, the LGPedia is simply not the place to advocate for changes in the series. But by all means, add any relationships where you can honestly document hints of sexual tension. --JayHenry 13:17, 3 May 2007 (CDT)
Yeah, there have clearly been tounge-in-cheek references to a Daniel and Jonas relationship. Jackson Davis joked about it a bit when he was on Mixed Media. But that's about it. You can't start making crap up like "tachyon and bree's dad" and "homeless watcher and random girl" without this all falling apart. Misty, you should watch brotherhood2.com's vlog from yesterday, john green talks about censorship of a young adult book for apparent references to a lesbian relationship. lamo censors. --Milowent 17:06, 3 May 2007 (CDT) ps. great page idea.
