Tariq <Bebo:Tariq287> is a character in the KateModern web series. He lives in East London and is a West Ham fan. He is dating Kate, but was hurt when he found out that she lied about her name. He recently started a company with his friend Gavin. He is looking forward to the time when their company is successful enough that he can afford a swimming pool. After Kate met Steve, Tariq became suspicious of him. In the end he attacked Steve, and Kate broke up with him.

Kate soon realized how crazy she'd become and reconciled with Tariq, having gone with him to see Disturbia and just hanging out with him in general. Not much has really been said about him other than that, but we hope things are going well.
