Marla: Okay, so I'm in Nacogdoches, I made it. And I'm kind of hanging out at Chili's. I didn't really know where to look for Clara, but there's only one Chili's in town, so I figured... Anyways, um, I know she's on shift, so I'll just kind of wait around for her, I guess. But until then... (Smokes.) Okay, so um, she's going over to Cannes. I'm a little nervous, but I don't really know what I'm going to say, but um, I don't know, I just want to talk to her. She's been gone and drunk and I don't know. I had to come all the way from Washington, right guys? She's got to talk to me, right? She can't just like, drop off the face of the planet and not have us wonder where she is. (Sings) Caaar.
(Camera looks in at Clara through a window.)
Marla: Okay, I'm just kind of waiting. I don't know when she's gonna come out, but I'll talk to her when she does. (Looks up.) Oh, Clara? Clara! Wait.
Clara: Hi.
Marla: Uh, Clara, um, listen, I know this is going to sound like, totally crazy, but I'm Marla Singer from the forums... from IRC.
Clara: The tar pit video right?
Marla: Yeah, that's me.
Clara: Yeah, that was good.
Marla: Yeah, thanks. Clara, I was just wondering if we could talk.
Clara: Um, I guess, yeah.
