This is a nice little list article, Zoey. Don't feel like your "theory" has to be perfect. Many other similar articles, such as cap and Water theme have overarching theories that don't really hold up to snuff. I don't believe that the creators intended any of them to come out that way. However, if it makes it more fun for you and everyone to try to tie-in the nail polish appearances together with this theory, that's totally cool.
