Thomas Verdus is the founder of Verdus Pharmaceuticals. He started the company in 1984 after a year long trek around the globe, where he witnessed poor living standards in third-world countries. Touched by this, he decided to use his wealth to accrue a team of the nation's foremost scientists and doctors and dedicate his foundation to making healthier people on a healthier planet.
It is unknown how much of a connection Verdus had to the Order, but it is likely the ties were strong, as Verdus Pharmaceuticals is actually a cover for the Order, using its facilities to do experiments on trait positive girls.
