History: an introduction is the introduction video in the N1ckola video series.

Transcript

(All lines in this transcript were originally in English, but some Polish text is shown. N1ckola intro. A shot of a bridge London, England is shown, with the text "Kilka miesięcy wcześniej" - meaning "A few months earlier." Cut to a tall man and a woman walking down stairs in the same subway station shown at the beginning. The man is carrying a baby. Cut to a woman smiling and standing there. The man and woman walk behind where the smiling woman is standing, and another man walks up to them. A shot is shown that reveals that yet another man, presumably one of the smiling woman's friends, is filming. The second man is now zoomed in on. Polish subtitles are shown.)

Man 2: Excuse me, I'm a bit lost. Can you tell me the way to, uhm, Brick Lane?

Man: Brick Lane?

Man 2: Yeah.

Man: Uh, yeah, the best way is if you go through the doors...

Man 2: (nodding his head) Right.

Man: Take a left at the traffic light.

Man 2: Alright.

Man: And Brick Lane's ahead of you.

Man 2: Ah, brilliant. Thanks.

Man: Alright.

(Eerie music plays as it shows the man and woman about to leave.)

Man 2: Wait a second, excuse me. Don't I know you from somewhere?

(The woman the other man is with just smiles, and the two walk away creepily. Another shot shows the other person filming, presumably one of the smiling woman's friends. An aerial view shot shows the man closing his camera and walking over to the woman. The man filming walks over to the same woman and takes her arm. They walk away. Cut to the other man who was filming before. Polish subtitles are also shown.)

Man 3: Excuse me, do you know how I can get to the Metro Station from here?

(Cut to a shot of the smiling woman and the first man walking away with the man and the woman's baby. The camera pans to an upper walkway, and Rafał is flashed onscreen. Cut to N1ckola logo and credits.)

Notes

  • Brick Lane is a notable location considering it was a very large part of the second season of KateModern, being the location of Kate's murder.
