Julia is a desk clerk at the Orange Retail Shop that Gavin and Tariq go to in order to buy a Wifi Transmitter to replace the one Gavin broke. She is very confused as to why Tariq has a video camera, and finds it very bizarre.
Gavin attempts to flirt with her, only to be thwarted by Tariq, who claims that "Charlie, your girlfriend" is on the phone.
She also later goes on several dates with Tariq, who says he really enjoys her company. He claims she is "different" and "relaxed", implying that being with Kate was, at times, stressful.
