Description Gathering this footage is trickier than I thought. I finally got Officer Terrell to give me some of his time, and I also walked about a mile to get home. I'm sorry I didn't get to all of the questions you wanted me to ask.

Transcript

Clara Stokes: What can you tell me about Joel Frady?

Officer Jason Terrell: Uh, pretty much what you and everyone else knows about him. He has a daughter and he lives here in Nacogdoches. Um, thats pretty much all that I know.

Clara: You were one of the arresting officers right?

Terrell: Yes, ma'am. (Clears throat)

Clara: Can you tell me anything about the arrest?

Terrell: Uh, well we went into his house. Which we tracked his IP from the video that he posted on April 29. He was taken into custody without resistance. He did seem very confused, and concerned about the whereabouts of his daughter.

Clara: Where is she now?

Terrell: She is with her mother.

Clara: Do you believe his is faking it?

Terrell: Uh, I couldn't tell ya. I'm not him. I'm not a doctor. It's obvious that he gunned down two kids in cold blood. He seemed very at ease when he did it. Anyone could have seen that. I am just glad he is where he is now at Skyview. They showed him the video when they got him there, of the murders that is, and he wept. He stared at the screen, with his nose right up against it, with tears running down his face. Uhh, he probably watched it ten times more. It's kind of sick and sad all at the same time. I left the room.

Clara: Did you see him again during the trial, or anything?

Terrell: No, ma'am. I haven't seen him since.

Clara: How do you think this affects the City of Nacogdoches?

Terrell: I couldn't tell ya. Could I drop you here, I got a call?

Clara: Oh, yeah sure.
