Rebecca is a friend of Lucy and Alex. She hosted the party that Daniel, Jonas, and Alex attended. She is tracked down by Jonas and Daniel in an attempt to find Bree, but seems to know nothing. She did say that she went to school with Lucy. Daniel believes she's "full of it" knows more than she's telling.

Presumably, she is also friends with most of the party guests. As she appears to have a chauffeur, she is likely wealthy.
