I am so sorry that what I just put up is unedited but I can't do any more right now and wanted to put it up before anyone else did it and didn't actually have to. So. If you start at 17:25 you should be able to pick up where I left off. I'd like to suggest that we edit out the unneccessary "ums" from this transcript because it ends up making it unintelligible. There are times when it fits, for example "I'd like, uh, but we think that such and such" because it shows that the thought is being processed. I'll get back to this when I get a chance.
