Transcript

(The text "Kate and Charlie in The Days Evil Girls" appears in red on screen. The Days song "Evil Girls" plays while images of the band, Kate and Charlie on the beach in Devon flash. A prominent theme in the beginning of the video is the band looking through a stone with a circular hole in the middle. At the end, Kate can be heard saying "woo!")

Notes

  • Lyrics to "Evil Girls":
Take me back to the place I came from, before I had to leave, before I had to run. I want to see the things that I left behind when I was just 16 and I was out of my mind. There was this girl who lived inside of my head, who wanted nothing more than to take me to bed. An evil girl who lived inside of my head, who wanted nothing than to take me to bed.
Take me back to those midsummer nights when we would sit around the fire at the beach drinking wine with foreign girls who came down dressed to impress, they said "we're leaving in the morning heading back to the West". Oh, evil girls who lived inside of my head, who wanted nothing than to take me to bed. Oh, evil girls who lived inside of my head, who wanted nothing than to take me to bed.
Oh, it's alright to be down. The winter rain's pouring now, and I cannot sleep 'cause I got to figure a way out. It's alright to be down. The winter rain's pouring now, and I cannot sleep 'cause I got to figure a way out. Woah, woah, no no no. Oh evil girls, oh evil girls, who wanted nothing more than to take me to bed.
