Members of the JTV staff work alongside Gavin, Julia, Justin, and Lee at JustIncredible.TV. Until Julia's promotion, her co-workers often sent her off to run various errands, but they are now seen frequently with her in various videos.
Following the video Bust Incredible, it can now be inferred that each co-worker shares their name with the actor representing them. An exception to this is that Justin had previously referred to one of the staff as Darren, though it is not known who he is or what he looks like. It is possible that Justin had been mistaken regarding the individual's name.
