KateModern is the first major spin-off of lonelygirl15. The series, which was announced on April 16th, began filming on July 9th and the first video, Fight and Flight, was released on July 16th. The show was hosted on the social-networking site Bebo.
KateModern is set in London. It's original premise revolved around an art student, Kate, and her friends Charlie, Tariq and Gavin.
