Born in Boston, MA, Sean grew up in Waltham, Massachusetts as the youngest of five children, including his sister, former lonelygirl15 writer Mary Feuer. Sean was in his first children's theater show at the age of ten and played little league baseball until he was 14. He graduated from Waltham High School in 1987. During his senior year there, he played the roles of Reverend Hale in The Crucible and J. Pierpont Finch in How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying.
Sean attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City in 1989/1990 and began working on independent films in his mid-20s. He booked the lead role in the award-winning independent feature film Working Stiff in 1998. In 1999, he moved to Los Angeles and has since booked several roles in film, television, and theater.
In the early 90s, Sean discovered a passion for photography and has had his work exhibited in two galleries in the LA area.
In his downtime, Sean loves hanging with his dog, a one-eyed beagle-mix named Neo. He is also a skilled horseback rider and loves baseball, especially the Red Sox. Another passion of his is history, and he will happily tell you that his favorite television show of all time is "Deadwood."
