Ola's parents, The Polaks live back in Poland. It is suggested that Ola is not on good terms with her parents, as they don't call to wish her happy birthday.
In the thirteenth video "Mama" Ola calls her mother from the Wrocław bus station but decides not to talk to her. From that call phone it is known that Ola's mother is called Elżbieta Polak.
