Shannon Solomon is the actress that plays Jules. She is the sister of Amanda Goodfried, which was confirmed in this post at the forum. She is a cheerleader and plays softball and volleyball.
Shannon was not originally going to be a canon character, but an actress that was supposed to be a canon character withdrew from the project at the last minute. The Creators liked Shannon's videos and decided to make Jules an official character.
